Can you edit a signup genius after you publish?
Yes, you can edit a sign up genius after you publish. However, if you make any changes to the sign up genius that would change the total number of people who have signed up, then those changes will not be reflected in the public version of the sign up genius.
How do I delete my SignUpGenius account?
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. If you wish to have all data in your account removed, you may contact customer support (support@signupgenius.com), and we will remove all data associated with your account.
Can you reuse a SignUp genius?
We offer the option to duplicate sign ups so you can easily reuse sign ups created for similar events. From your account Sign Ups page, click the Created tab. If you do not see the sign up, select the gear icon to the right of the sign ups and from that icon check the option to Show Sign Ups in the Past.
How do I cancel my subscription to SignUp?

If you cancel your monthly or annual Premium subscription or Campus Plan within 14 days of your initial upgrade, you receive a full refund — just send the request to support@SignUp.com requesting the refund, no questions asked. You will not be charged any fees for cancelling before 14 days.
How do I unpublish a SignUpGenius?
Log in to your account and view your Created sign ups. Select the pencil icon to the right of the sign up you wish to edit. From the Settings tab, scroll down to the Preferences heading. Click the Restrictions tab.
What happens when I archive a SignUp genius?
1. Find your SignUp in your Dashboard or My SignUps tab. Click the Tools > Archive link. The system will deactivate your SignUp, storing it in the Archive view and no-one will be able to select or change assignments.
