Is it easy to cancel Shipt membership?
Shipt doesn’t make it easy to cancel your membership. Unlike most online membership services, there is no way to cancel your membership through either the Shipt website or app. If you want to cancel your membership, you have to either call Shipt customer service or contact them through the Shipt website.

What happens if you cancel Shipt membership?
To cancel Shipt Everyday (our annual membership), navigate to the Account section. Within this section, under Profile, you should be able to cancel your account without needing to reach out. Unused Shipt Passes can be refunded to the payment method charged for the original purchase amount.
