Who can see my Shutterfly pictures?

What happened to all my Shutterfly photos?
shutterfly.com – your photo are permanently store on shutterfly.com. When you upload your photo to shutterfly.com, they are permanently stored on shutterfly.com. After you delete them, you cannot see your photo but they are in shutterfly.com database.

How do I delete a project on Shutterfly app?

- Once signed in, you can click on “Hi, Name” at the top right and choose “My Projects” from the drop down, or click on “All projects” in the “My Projects” section in the middle of the page.

Shutterfly shipping does tend to be quite expensive, and this is partly because they must take on the associated work of packaging the parcel properly, which is a labor and a material cost. Will Shutterfly keep my photos forever?
We don’t purge or delete photos — all photos will be kept in your account until you delete them yourself. No maximum file size limit (although we do encourage you to keep photo file sizes to under 10 megabytes, as there is no added benefit to printing with larger).
