- Log In to UPS.com and View Your Shipping History.
- Select the vertical ellipsis icon to open the Actions menu.
- Select “Void.”
- Once you’ve successfully voided the package, a red dot will appear next to the package in the Voided column.
What happens when I void a UPS shipment?
Once you’ve successfully voided the package, an X will appear next to the package in the Voided column. After 90 days of creating your UPS CampusShip label, please contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.
Why would UPS cancel a shipment?
