Hello! It isn’t possible to play split-screen on the same keyboard 🙂 Its is, not as a feature but you can download a programm to bin specific keys to specific Controller Keys, that shoud trick Unity. you’d also need two separate mouse inputs, which is also not possible.

Can you play stick fight offline?
Yes, if it had bots i would buy it immediately. It looks like a fun game to play when i’m traveling and/or have no internet.
How do you play stick fight with a controller?
Plug all the controllers in beforehand before starting the game, if you use a wireless one, connect it to your pc before starting the game. After connecting them up and booting the game, press the A button in sequence (so not all at once) and it should work fine, if not, let us know!
